“Healing Together: A Care Plan for Every Family”
That One Lamb provides a Healing Care Plan designed to support foster parents and their children through every stage of their journey. Our plan focuses on emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being—helping families create routines that nurture healing, connection, and stability. While originally created for foster families, it can also be used by parents with biological children to strengthen family bonds and promote everyday wellness.
