Meet the Founder
Grace Henderson
Hi! I’m Grace Henderson — wife to Jim, mom, and foster parent to five incredible children. I’m also a small business owner who loves staying active and finding joy in life’s everyday moments.
Becoming a foster parent has been one of the most challenging and rewarding experiences of my life. Through it all, God has continually taught me patience, strength, and the true meaning of love — especially when it comes to caring for His children.
Over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how difficult the foster system can be to navigate. From finding services to having emotional and personal support, many families feel alone on their journey. I know I could have never made it without the community of love and support that surrounded me, and that’s what inspired me to start That One Lamb.
My heart is to be that same source of hope for others — to remind families that they’re not forgotten and to walk alongside them through the ups and downs of fostering. Through faith, compassion, and community, I believe we can help every “one lamb” find their way back to love and belonging.
